Full Title: Charter On Cooperation To Achieve The Coordinated Use Of Space Facilities In The Event Of Natural Or Technological Disasters

The International Disaster Charter aims at providing a unified system of space data acquisition and delivery to those affected by natural or man-made disasters through Authorized Users. The Charter enables full, free of charge and open data to be provided to disaster-related agencies that make a formal request for Earth observation data.
