BAAINBw has signed the Heron TP contract, which has been negotiated with assistence of BHO Legal

On June 13, 2018, following approval by the German Bundestag, officials of The Federal Office of Bundeswehr Equipment, Information Technology and In-Service Support (BAAINBw) and Airbus Defense & Space Airborne Solutions (ADAS) signed an agreement on the use of the Israeli reconnaissance drone Heron TP. BHO Legal supported the BAAINBw in the preparation and negotiation of the contract and the statement of work as well as with the commenting of the contract for the submission to the parliament (so-called “25 Millionen Euro-Vorlage”).
