Frankfurt Investment Law Workshop on 10 and 11 March

This years’ Frankfurt Investment Law Workshop with the motto „Oceans and Space: New Frontiers in Investment Protection?“ takes place on 10 and 11 March in Frankfurt.

The workshop focuses on the legal issues of investing in fields that have so far hardly been explored by investment lawyers. With commercialisation these areas well under way, the workshop will offer a systematic analysis of regulatory issues by inquiring into traditional sources of investment protection, and by addressing the interaction of the law of the sea, space law and international investment law. The workshop brings together academics and practitioners.
