BHO Legal takes active role in Munich Satellite Navigation Summit 2009

From 3-5 March 2009 the Munich Satellite Navigation Summit 2009 took place in Munich. Being held for the seventh time at the famous “Residenz München”, Germany, the Summit can rightfully claim to be firmly established as the top European and International conference with global impact featuring invited high-ranking worldwide speakers from industry, science and governments dealing with the directions of satellite navigation now and in the future. The lawyers of BHO Legal took an active role at the summit with Dr. Oliver Heinrich giving the opening speech for the Summit’s first time ever legal Panel Session under the headline „Legal and Regulatory Aspects of GNSS – Current and Future Tasks” followed by speeches of other legal experts from Europe and the United States and a lively discussion about the pressing issues of regulatory aspects of GNSS application with a clear focus on liability aspects.
