On 28 and 29 May, the Geo Business Conference 2014, which took place in London, brought together more than 80 of the world’s leading suppliers of geospatial technology and service providers. This conference was an important opportunity for manufacturers and suppliers to showcase their capabilities and solutions for this fast moving industry.

The two-day conference saw industries key professionals and experts presenting the latest advances in geospatial technology, as well as presentation of case studies highlighting actual experiences and lessons learnt.

In this sense, Dr Ingo Baumann held a presentation on the topic “International and European Legal Framework for Geospatial Data and Services”, which analyzed the legal and policy issues of this topic, from an International and a European standpoint.
