Verordnung zur unbemannten Luftfahrt ist in Kraft

Die Änderungsverordnung zur Anpassung der luftrechtlichen Vorschriften für unbemannte Luftfahrzeuge ist am 6. April 2017 im Bundesgesetzblatt veröffentlicht worden und damit ab dem  07. April 2017 in Kraft. Die Bestimmungen für Kennzeichnung der UAS größer 250g und die Pflicht zum Führen eines Kenntnisnachweises gelten dementsprechend ab 1. Oktober 2017.
