The award was reported throughout the German media, for instance in the national daily Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (FAZ) (10 November 2010, page 21). The biennial prize is offered jointly by the Hans Soldan GmbH, the German Bar Association, the Federal Bar Chamber and the FAZ. The prize strives to draw attention to best practice in the founding of new law firms, identify success factors and encourage potential founders to apply high standards to their start-up project.
