{"id":4940,"date":"2016-07-21T13:46:30","date_gmt":"2016-07-21T11:46:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bho-legal.com\/fr\/neuregelung-fuer-den-aufstieg-von-drohnen\/"},"modified":"2016-08-18T13:56:14","modified_gmt":"2016-08-18T11:56:14","slug":"neuregelung-fuer-den-aufstieg-von-drohnen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bho-legal.com\/fr\/neuregelung-fuer-den-aufstieg-von-drohnen\/","title":{"rendered":"Neuregelung f\u00fcr den Aufstieg von Drohnen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Die Deutsche Flugsicherung (DFS) hat am 20 Juli 2016 eine <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bho-legal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/1-681-16.pdf\" rel=\"\">Neufassung der gemeinsamen Grunds\u00e4tze des Bundes und der L\u00e4nder f\u00fcr die Erteilung der Erlaubnis zum Aufstieg von unbemannten Luftfahrtsystemen gem\u00e4\u00df \u00a7 20 Absatz 1 Nummer 7 Luftverkehrs-Ordnung (LuftVO)<\/a> ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Die bestehende Regelung (NFL I 281\/13) wurde hiermit ersetzt. Gem\u00e4\u00df der Neufassung k\u00f6nnen bis zu einer Flugh\u00f6he von 100 Metern Fl\u00fcge mit Drohnen erlaubt werden, die ein Gewicht von bis zu 10 Kg haben. Das bisher zul\u00e4ssige H\u00f6chstgewicht f\u00fcr solche Fl\u00fcge betrug 5 Kg. Au\u00dferdem k\u00f6nnen unter gewissen Voraussetzungen nun auch professionelle Drohnenfl\u00fcge auf Flugpl\u00e4tzen oder innerhalb der 1,5 km-Zone zum Flugplatz Gegenstand einer Genehmigung sein. Die Erteilung einer Flugerlaubnis kann von der Eignung des Piloten abh\u00e4ngig gemacht werden.
