The\u00a0University of Cologne team is this year\u2019s European Regional Winner. It will compete against the teams of the National University of Singapore and the George Washington University (USA) during this year\u2019s World Final to be held in Sept. 2010 in Prague, the Czech Republic during the 61st International Astronautical Congress and the I.I.S.L. Colloquium on the Law of Outer Space.
