At the time, the vehicle was performing the latest in a series of test flights at the McGregor site, in Texas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">In the official statement, SpaceX stated that during the flight, an anomaly was detected in the vehicle and the flight termination system automatically terminated the mission. SpaceX added that there were no injuries or near injuries and that an FAA representative was present at all times.
