Some satellite hardware\/technology will be transferred from the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/cfr\/text\/22\/121.1\"> U.S. Munitions List<\/a> to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/cfr\/text\/15\/part-774\">Commerce Control List<\/a>, and therefore make it easier for U.S. firms to export space-related technologies.
