Auch BHO Legal unterst\u00fctzt das Themenjahr mit einem Fachvortrag. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Am 16.09.2013 h\u00e4lt Dr. Ingo Baumann von BHO Legal gemeinsam mit Herrn Walter P\u00e4ffgen im K\u00f6lner Rathaus einen Vortrag zum europ\u00e4ischen Satellitennavigationsprogramm Galileo. Herr Walter P\u00e4ffgen ist Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der DLR Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Raumfahrtanwendungen, einem Tochterunternehmen des DLR e.V. f\u00fcr den Betrieb des deutschen Galileo-Kontrollzentrums.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Der Vortrag informiert die K\u00f6lner B\u00fcrger \u00fcber die Funktionsweise der Satellitennavigation, wirtschaftliche Aspekte, den Aufbau von Galileo und die Rolle Deutschlands. Eingegangen wird au\u00dferdem auf politische Gesichtspunkte der Steuerung und Finanzierung.
