His clients include international corporations, medium-sized companies and German and European authorities and research institutes. In addition to providing legal advice, he is also a seminar leader and speaker in the areas of IT and data protection law, as well as giving lectures and training courses on legal issues relating to future technologies. A particular focus is the implementation of customer-specific workshops on contract design in agile approaches. Mr Deiters is a T\u00dcV-certified external data protection officer as well as certified as \u201eProfessional Scrum Master I\u201c by Scrum.org\u201c. In 2022 and 2023 he was a lecturer at the University of Bochum in the field of geoinformatics. He has been listed in the Handelsblatt in the \u2018Germany&#8217;s Best Lawyers\u2019 section in the \u2018IT Law\u2019 category since 2022. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ui--animation ui--block\">Mr. Deiters studied law at the University of Cologne. After his first state examination, he first worked at the Institute for Private International Law and Comparative Law and later as a research assistant at a commercial law firm in Cologne, where he also completed his legal clerkship. He completed his administrative station at the German Embassy in Jakarta and his elec-tive station at eBay GmbH in Dreilinden near Berlin.
