The drafting of the contract is crucial for the successful implementation of the project. In particular, contracts must take into account new developments, such as the progressive trend towards agile projects, and set a manageable legal framework. We have extensive experience in drafting and negotiating complex contracts for high technology and infrastructure projects as well as distribution agreements and license agreements with cross-border implications. We are familiar with the relevant laws, including harmonization instruments (UN Sales Law, Unidroit, Rome I and II, Block Exemption Regulation, etc.). <\/p>\n
