Niklas Horn

Mr Niklas Horn joined BHO Legal as a lawyer in February 2023 and specialises in advising on public procurement and contract law. He studied law at the University of Cologne. After his first state examination, he worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Public Law at the University of Wuppertal.

He completed his legal traineeship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Cologne. Dur-ing this time, he trained at the Federal Foreign Office in Berlin, the Cologne Administrative Court and an international commercial law firm in Düsseldorf.
