Malte Krumm, LL.M.

Mr Malte Krumm joined BHO Legal as attorney-at-law at BHO Legal in January 2024. His expertise lies in the areas of contract law as well as aviation and space law. He advises both public and private clients on public procurement law issues and also supports interdisciplinary pro-jects in the aerospace sector. In addition to drafting and negotiating contracts with a focus on research and development, Mr Krumm’s work profile also includes advising on aviation and security law issues relating to unmanned aviation. He also provides legal support to UAV DACH e.V. (one of Europe’s largest associations for commercial unmanned aviation in Europe) in its working group on Line Inspection.

He completed his legal traineeship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe. During his legal training, he worked at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Transport and Mobility in Brussels, at the German Consulate General in Toronto and at BHO Legal in Cologne, where he also worked as a research assistant.
