Dirk Reinartz joined BHO Legal in December 2022 as a lawyer in the area of IT and Data Protection Law. He studied law with a focus on commercial and corporate law at the University of Cologne and obtained the Certificate in United States Law (CUSL) as an additional qualification.

Mr. Reinartz participated in the international Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court and was awarded the “Faculty Price for Best Memorial” (Europe) for the best brief. He successfully completed the HarvardX CS50L (Introduction to Computer Science for Lawyers) course at Harvard University.

During his legal clerkship, Mr Reinartz attended the German University of Administrative Sci-ences in Speyer with a focus on “Digitalisation in Administration” and “Artificial Intelligence”. He completed his traineeship at BHO Legal and his elective traineeship at Cohausz & Florack, focusing on Intellectual Property Law.
