Ben Hinrichs is a lawyer at BHO Legal, specialising in intellectual property law, IT law, competition law and general civil law. He studied law at the University of Cologne, where he was also employed by Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Dauner-Lieb from 2017 to 2024. In addition, he was employed as a working student at Wolters Kluwer Germany from 2021 to 2022 and supported the successful law podcasts ‘Irgendwas mit Recht’ (Something to do with law), ‘Allein unter Juristen’ (Alone among lawyers) and ‘Irgendwas mit Steuern’ (Something to do with taxes) as a freelancer from 2020 to 2023.
Ben Hinrichs completed his legal training in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Cologne. Among other things, he worked at a leading German boutique law firm specialising in litigation in the field of intellectual property law, a boutique law firm for international commercial law in Morocco and the Legal Department of the City of Cologne, practice group ‘Construction’.
