Contracting authorities

We provide our public clients with detailed project plans and comprehensive market analyses, and answer legal questions of public funding and finance. We identify the most suitable procurement procedure and help prepare all specifications (including all necessary contracts, e.g. EVB-IT and technical specifications). We draft the required EU announcement, provide support for answering bidders’ questions, verify incoming proposals, prepare rejection letters and defend actions against our client. If desired and in accordance with the award, we carry out the complete contract management including the monitoring of new transactions that fall under public procurement law and the implementation of ant-corruption tools.

Companies

Companies need thorough legal advice in order to avoid formal mistakes in the public tender procedures. We therefore support our client through all tender phases by – inter alia – reviewing tender documents and negotiating the contract with the contracting authority. We are experts in conducting litigation and assist our clients in potential formal complaint procedures.
