Air and Space law

We advise extensively on national and international air space law issues and follow the developments in the relevant international organisations and national authorities (ESA, EU, EUROCONTROL, EASA etc.). Special attention is paid to the tender and contract conditions applied by these organisations and authorities as well as to questions of liability. We are experts in drafting and negotiating international consortiums, cooperations and other agreements. We are also specialised in setting up special purpose companies and joint ventures, including competition law and state aid law matters.
