Dr Katja Nelte
Dr Katja Nelte specializes in corporate law, focused mainly on advising directors and officers in D&O’s organization and supervisory duties and other D&O’s diligences.
Before joining BHO Legal Dr Katja Nelte first worked for several years as a lawyer in a medium-sized business law firm and then gathered experience as an inhouse counsel with a D&O insurer. In addition, she has undergone training in coaching and organizational consulting.
Dr Katja Nelte studied law at the University of Cologne and European business law at the APU Cambridge (UK). She wrote her doctorate thesis on professional regulations for lawyers under the supervision of Professor Dr Prütting of the Institute for Procedural Law.
